A Campaign That Lit Up a Boring Sector.
Accolade Funds, a new umbrella brand for the Accolade group’s investment offerings launched with a campaign designed to raise awareness about the benefits of investing in industrial real estate. The key message? Stability, long-term growth, and smart portfolio diversification.

Introduction & Challenge
The campaign needed to position the fund to appeal not only to large investors, but also to a broader group of qualified investors in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The goal was to communicate Accolade’s long-standing expertise, while keeping the tone fresh, clear, and approachable.

The Solution and Process
In collaboration with photographer Tomáš Vrana, we created a playful concept built around the Czech wordplay “FUNDovaný investor” (meaning both “qualified” and “fund-related investor”). The campaign launched alongside the new website accoladefunds.eu, available in Czech, Slovak, and English and thus opening the fund to an international audience.



The Result and Impact
This was the fund’s first major step toward building long-term brand awareness among a wider group of qualified investors. The campaign brought the fund’s story to life in a way that resonated with both traditional investors and a younger generation looking for long-term value. It also laid the foundation for consistent branding and communication across markets.
