What’s included in our brand design process
Let’s get to know each other
First, we’ll listen to your story. Who you are, what do you do, who do you do it for, and why? We’ll discuss your vision, goals, and dreams. And of course, we’ll take a look at the market and competitors to understand the landscape we’re working in.
We’ll develop a strategy
Brand identity isn’t just about how a brand looks — it’s also about how it feels, what impression it leaves on people. Together, we’ll find your brand’s personality, tone of voice, and the key message that resonates with you and your audience. Workshops, mood boards, and yes/no maps will help guide us in the right direction.
Naming — the brand name
Most clients come to us with an existing name or domain, but occasionally, we have the pleasure of crafting something entirely new. A good name is essential for a brand, simply because it’s something the brand and its clients will likely use more than anything else. It needs to be unique, memorable, and easy to pronounce — ideally, anywhere around the world.
Designing the visual style
This is where the magic happens. We’ll create 2 to 3 concepts, each including logo design, color palettes, typography, and other graphic elements. Once a concept is chosen, we’ll develop the full visual language of your brand. Our goal is always to ensure that every symbol of your brand is visually consistent, memorable, and easily adaptable.
Showing how the identity works in practice
We’ll design specific applications — business cards, banners, social media posts, promotional items… basically, the key materials your brand will need to get started. You’ll see that the concept works not only on paper but in real-life applications.
Brand manual
As part of the delivery, you’ll receive a clear, detailed manual containing all the guidelines, rules, and usage examples. This will be your compass for maintaining a consistent visual language within your company, and it will also help all your partners, suppliers, and collaborators who work with your brand.
Handover and training
We’ll hand over all the files ready for print and online use. If needed, we’re happy to assist you in implementing your new identity into the life of your brand.
